The elegant building at Kronenburgplantsoen 10 near the city of Utrecht was marked with a rich history but was in severe bad shape.

With a major renovation under supervision of the Amsterdam architectenbureau J. Van Stigt the building was turned into the Headquarters of Trimp & van Tartwijk Property Performance. Amsterdam based interior architects Merkx + Girod designed a bright modern interior with great respect to the monument.
