Demucho drafted with the operators Demucho the program of requirements in order to create a practical floorplan for the best operational use as personal training area and event space. For the space, Demucho designed a typical color scheme and identifiable character in such a way to make it replicable for future Urban Tribe locations. Coordination of the technical installations as well as detailing the technical design with the construction companies and suppliers was part of the job as well as technical and design supervision during the execution phase.

Norwegian Skjerven Group transformed over the last year a residential seventies building just off Kurfürstendamm into a new living and lifestyle concept ‘Beautique Apartments’. At the Eisenzahnstrasse 11-16 Skjerven created over 180 modern design apartments with communal spaces on the ground floor. The 150-meter-long ground floor serve both residents and the surrounding community with semipublic spaces and facilities such as restaurants, a full serviced reception lounge, working space and the Urban Tribe lifestyle club.

Urban Tribe Club opened its first location at Kudamm beach and now serves BEAUTIQUE APARTMENTS with an amazing 500 m2 private gym that accommodates personal training, group training and regular events.
